WINING AND DINING
In keeping with Balinese traditions and Ayodya’s
reputation for excellent cuisine, a variety of
restaurants serve regional and international dishes.
At the Lagoona fine dinning restaurant by the
beach, colourfully-costumed Balinese maidens serve
Asian specialties. Genji offers authentic Japanese
cuisine. The 24-hour Waterfall Café presents western
and Indonesian buffets and an a la carte menu.
Octopus restaurant offers Mediterranean a la carte
menu. Surfer’s Corner, beside the landscaped swimming
pool, is a casual café and snack bar. Bars include
beachfront bar, The Vista Terrace and Lounge with
panoramic views and UG Pub with a live band. The
Balinese Theatre provides the perfect setting
to enjoy a sumptuous dinner and unique Balinese
cultural performances. These restaurants provide
an excellent venue for conference and incentive
groups. The Private Beach Garden can also accommodate
up to 1500 people for private dinner.
CONFERENCES VENUES AND FACILITIES
The 14 adaptable and versatile function rooms
include the Grand Ballroom, capacity 700 persons
for receptions and Samudra Room accommodating
600. Smaller function rooms can handle from 20
to 70. The welcoming and professional staff cater
all types of functions and meetings including
special theme events such as Jungle Night, Balinese
Village Night, Fisherman’s Village Night and Raja
Laya, a Royal Gala Dinner.
