THE RESIDENCES
Each of the 39, one to four bedroom pool Residences of Karma Kandara will capture views of the vast ocean horizon. The Grand Residences, with 25 metre pools, stretch to the cliff's edge and command 220 degree views, taking in the beach, horizon and the coastal cliffs of Ungasan. The construction and design of the resort, follows the adulating lay of the land and the landscaped gardening will allow for spacious and natural outdoor areas to entwine with each of the Residences. The Karma 'footprint' of spacious and luxurious Residence living again comes to fruition with large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas that open through glass double doors to outdoor decking, views and dramatic pools.
